Patrick was wonderful to work with on various small projects I had including fascia/soffit repairs, replacing kitchen cabinets, gutter replacement, stabilizing the fence and hand rails into concrete, and stabilizing small gadgets like our security cameras and smoke alarms. I've listed them out because I believe his team truly can help with anything! My previous contractor's work was questionable and Patrick was able to diagnose and correct everything, and he was also able to send someone out quickly to fix a few final things after the job was completed. It's been tough recently as contractors reject jobs that are too small or don't respond altogether, but I found Patrick to be very responsive throughout and understanding when I was explaining everything I needed done. As an out of state investor, every step of a rehab process is trickier, but Patrick worked with me to coordinate access to the property, order materials on the phone, and provide text and picture updates of the work. The process was smooth and the work turned out great, would definitely recommend him!
